Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No refunds / non-returnable items
Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If a mistake is made (i.e. white shirt sent instead of blue): the Giuseppe Shoppe will cover return shipping, order re-fulfillment and re-shipment. If a package does not arrive, we will work on a case-by-case basis to determine if a new product should be sent. If a package arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping fee and send a new item.
